Workplace award double for LMC

Last night, LMC won the PRCA Workplace Champion Award for the fourth year in a row, and finished runner-up in the Small Business category at the Inspiring Workplaces EMEA Awards.
For the latter, LMC also received special recognition in the Culture and Purpose category. The judges commented: “A really impressive company that places great importance on employee wellbeing, inclusivity and a sense of purpose, all of which is reflected in the glowing staff survey results.”
The PRCA Workplace Champion Awards were created to showcase the leading places to work, live, and thrive in the PR industry. It assesses agencies in their approach to diversity and inclusion, their commitment to training and developing teams, and their leadership and purpose.
The Inspiring Workplace Awards aims to highlight best practice in employee experience, and looks at how organisations engage with staff, build a strong culture and create an environment that allows people to thrive.
