A diverse group of approximately 11 professionals stands together outside a modern building, smiling at the camera in a team photo. The group includes men and women wearing business casual and business formal attire, representing the team at Liz Male Consulting.
We’re growing our team after a brilliant start to the year at LMC, achieving B Corp status and gaining further recognition as an award-winning consultancy and workplace. We’re hiring for three positions: Graduate PR Trainee, Client Manager and Client Director.
We’re looking for talented people with a growth mindset, who want to establish themselves as experts, and who share our values.

Here’s a breakdown of the roles:

Graduate PR Trainee

This is a graduate position for someone ready to start their career in PR. You’ll work closely with consultants across the team, gaining hands-on experience across paid, earned, shared and owned media, providing reliable support across selected client accounts and helping the business run smoothly.
You’ll develop your writing, research, media relations and client management skills, contribute ideas and insights to client campaigns, and build your understanding of the property, construction and built environment sectors.

You’ll generate new ideas, content, contacts, insights and campaigns that help achieve excellent results and fulfil our clients’ purpose. You’ll also support LMC’s growth, meeting with prospective clients, learning about the latest issues, contributing to proposals and attending new business meetings.

Client Director

A Client Director’s role is to lead excellent client work, strengthen account relationships and help grow LMC. You’ll manage your own clients and colleagues while ensuring campaigns are strategic, creative, measurable and commercially successful.
You’ll generate new ideas, contacts, insights and opportunities, while providing strong counsel rooted in sector knowledge. You’ll contribute directly to new business by developing referrals, pricing campaigns, leading pitches and winning work from new and existing clients, while building your recognised expert status in built environment PR and communications.
