Digitalisation: Marzia Bolpagni

Marzia Bolpagni is Head of BIM International at Mace, where she develops and implements digital construction strategies for international clients. She is also a TEDx speaker and digital transformation advocate. Marzia communicates the message that BIM is for everyone, not just the experts and uses her platform to close knowledge gaps. Her work helps the sector adopt smarter, more consistent ways of working. She is one to watch in the digitalisation space.

Sustainability: Ciara Doyle & Ben Brown

Ciara Doyle and Ben Brown are the co-founders of Going Green Media, a planet-first, solution-based media brand filming solutions for our planet that inspire action. With the prevalence of digital media driving climate conversations, Going Green Media has developed a distinctive style of storytelling, engaging with millions of individuals monthly online. They use their platforms to make sustainability feel personal, sharing creative projects and upbeat stories that show how design innovation can drive the shift to net zero.

Diversity and Inclusion: Selasi Setufe MBE

Selasi Setufe is co-founder and director of Black Females in Architecture, a social enterprise membership network founded to connect and support black women within the architecture, design and construction sectors. Selasi uses her platform to post about diversity and inclusion in the built environment. Her content explores how socially engaged design can reshape industry culture and practice, bringing focus and momentum to conversations that truly matter.

Skills, recruitment and retention: Mark Farmer

Mark Farmer is the Founder of Cast and Board executive responsible for market strategy and brand. Mark has more than 35 years’ experience in construction and real estate and uses his platform and work to highlight the urgent need for a modern and skilled workforce. From 2019 to 2023, he was appointed as the government’s Champion for MMC in housebuilding. Mark shows how innovation, MMC and reform can create a stronger built environment.

Fire and Building Safety: Hannah Carpenter

Hannah Carpenter is our very own in-house fire and building safety specialist. In her ten years at LMC, she has worked with numerous clients in the sector, building a deep knowledge of the legislation changes in the industry. Hannah also leads on LMC’s joint venture with Enframe Consulting, The Building Safety Wiki, which brings together the information needed to understand and comply with the Building Safety Act and its secondary legislation.
