Architecture PR and marketing

Over almost 20 years, we have worked with clients on the PR, marketing and promotion of almost every aspect of architecture, land use planning and development of the built environment.

Often projects involve tapping into our extensive contacts and networks in property and construction. For the ‘Sense of Place’ initiative by National Grid, we worked closely with planners and urban designers at David Lock Associates to promote design guidelines for the sensitive, safe and high quality development of land near high voltage overhead power lines to other planners, architects, property developers and landowners.

Architecture, planning and design PR and marketing strategy

LMC has worked with individual architecture practices to promote their project case studies, design philosophies and views on issues such as building information modelling (BIM). We also promote software into the architecture market for Graphisoft.

Other work in this space includes:

  • Communicating masterplans and handling public consultations for new developments across the UK
  • Corporate PR strategies for planning consultancies and architectural practices
  • Media relations campaigns for individual projects of high architectural merit
  • Integrated marketing campaigns for technical consultancies, Passivhaus experts and architectural software suppliers.

Property marketing and PR

We have experience of working on highly contentious planning applications, and we’re supporting the use of online planning consultation methods through Consult Online, with our associate Penny Norton.

We are currently monitoring issues around the Oxford to Cambridge Growth Corridor and developing new PR, communications, political relations and public consultation packages to support architects, planners, developers, local authorities and others involved in this very important regional development strategy.
