We recently heard that we’ve been shortlisted for the Public Relations and Communications Association (PRCA) Workplace Champions awards for the second time running.
The PRCA launched Workplace Champions in 2019 to “celebrate the leading places in the PR industry to work, live, and thrive”.
The awards focus on four key areas:
- staff welfare
- account management
- recruitment and retention
- business practices.
In recent months we’ve invested in mental first aid training for everyone; established a CSR working group to deliver environmental and community projects; undertaken equality, diversity and inclusion training for all; and launched a new crisis and issues management service for clients. We have also been re-accredited with the PRCA Communications Management Standard.
We strongly believe our significant investment in our staff, their skills and personal growth translates into a better service for clients.
The winners will be announced on Tuesday 31st March.
