PRCA awards CMS Gold for LMC

LMC has been awarded Gold in the PRCA’s Communications Management Standard (CMS) accreditation.
It puts us in an elite group of PR agencies that have held the CMS accreditation continuously for five years or more.
An independently audited process, the accreditation is given to businesses that have been reviewed in nine areas - leadership and communication, business planning, business improvement, financial management and systems, campaign management, client satisfaction, new business, people management and diversity.
Carol Magill, CMS assessor at PRCA, said: “Congratulations to LMC for achieving the CMS Gold Award, which is only given to agencies that can demonstrate a sustained commitment to excellence and ethical PR practice.
“It puts LMC in an exclusive club of agencies that have continued to demonstrate high performance and standards over many years, and the team should be proud of their achievements.
“LMC provided a very thorough and comprehensive response across all subsections audited, which demonstrated a strong focus on employee engagement, transparent, effective communications with clients and a clear drive to support a more diverse and inclusive PR industry.”
