NES
Setting standards for the energy assessment of UK buildings
One of our first clients in 2001, National Energy Services (NES) is an accreditation scheme for energy assessors and provides training, technical services and energy assessment software to professionals in local authorities, developers, architects, building services engineers, housing associations and others. NES owns and operates the National Home Energy Rating (NHER) scheme.
Over many years we worked with NES on a wide range of communications projects:
- Advised on and project managed a programme of market research which delivered powerful new insights into the attitudes of NES' customers
- Secured and liaised with the UK and European industry experts and speakers for the NES Annual Conference
- Edited and promoted two important research reports, including the influential 'Selling the SAP' report which highlighted the difficulties of the housebuilding industry in promoting the energy rating of dwellings
- Website development and copywriting
- Held media training and then took NES bosses on a journalist contact programme to build better relationships with the press
