Having attended and supported several key industry events in the built environment and construction sectors, Wing Tsang has identified the top three must-attend ones for 2025.

Whether you’re looking to expand your knowledge, network with industry professionals, or explore cutting-edge innovations, there are several events to choose from.

At LMC, we’re no strangers to them. Each year, our team attends to gain insights, support our clients, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Our experience isn’t limited to attending, though, as we’ve helped clients in the built environment to plan and manage their presence at events, including UK Construction Week and Timber Development UK’s launch.

Based on our experience, here are the top three events you shouldn’t miss in 2025.

UK Construction Week (UKCW)

When and where?
London: 7-9 May 2025
Birmingham: 30 September -2 October 2025

UK Construction Week is the UK’s largest construction event, bringing together over 45,000 trade visitors annually.

This multi-award-winning show is divided into themed mini expos, including Roofing Cladding Insulation Expo, The Offsite Show, Build X, and the newly introduced Timber X.

These focused zones ensure there’s something for everyone, no matter your area of interest. Expect to see over 300 exhibitors showcasing cutting-edge innovations, live demonstrations, and networking opportunities.

Whether you’re looking for new technologies, materials, or connections, UKCW is a must-attend event to stay at the forefront of the construction industry.

Digital Construction Week (DCW)

When and where:
London, ExCel: 4-5 June 2025

If you’re passionate about innovation and digital transformation in the built environment, then Digital Construction Week (DCW) is your go-to event.

Featuring a CPD-accredited programme with over 200 talks, panel discussions and workshops, this event is a treasure trove of knowledge. Delivered by more than 300 industry experts, topics range from information management and asset management to Net Zero strategies and digital transformation.

One of the standout features of DCW is the demo zone, where can showcase their latest advancements in construction robotics.

For those who are keen on technology and construction, DCW offers insights into the future of the industry.

Futurebuild

When and where:
London, ExCel: 4-6 March 2025

In 2025, Futurebuild will celebrate its 20th anniversary with the theme ‘Impact’, focusing on innovations shaping a sustainable future for the built environment.

This event draws a significant crowd, with over 18,000 attendees, 257 exhibitors, and 550 speakers reported in 2024.

Futurebuild prides itself on being a forward-thinking event, offering thought-provoking seminars and showcases that highlight the next wave of sustainable technologies and approaches.

Whether you’re interested in green construction methods, circular economy practices, or the latest materials, Futurebuild delivers a comprehensive view of what lies ahead for the industry.

While there are many other fantastic events in the industry, these three are firm favourites among our clients and the LMC team. Whether you’re a seasoned professional or new to the built environment, these provide something for everyone.
