Talking industry transformation at UKREiiF 2025

Industry experts are coming together on 21 May at LMC's session at UKREiiF to celebrate the changemakers in property, construction and the built environment and provide practical examples of how to apply transformational change across the industry.

LMC's event at UKREiiF is at 3-4pm on Wednesday 21 May in the Pearl Suite (first floor of the Royal Armouries - the Green Zone). Register here.

'Transforming the built environment - How to change culture, drive innovation and attract the next generation' features a powerful panel of industry experts and changemakers:
  • Suzannah Nichol OBE, Chief Executive of Build UK
  • Yetunde Abdul, Director of Industry Transformation at the UK Green Building Council
  • Kate Perrin, Marketing Director at Barbour ABI
  • Abigail Scott Paul, Global Head of the Humanise Campaign at Heatherwick Studio
It will be chaired by LMC founder Liz Male, and explore real-life examples of successful changes in areas such as using data to increase project performance, attracting new and diverse talent into the sector, and meeting goals around building safety and net zero.

"Nobody wants more talk about the need for change - what we need are examples of how to make it happen," says Liz. "This panel will share examples of how organisations are adapting to today’s challenges and implementing meaningful change around their people, organisations and technology."
